Streamlining Connections
To make mentorship more accessible and impactful, we are developing AI Mentor Match, an integrated feature within UCSF Profiles. This new “Find a Mentor” tab will allow users to easily discover potential mentors based on research interests, career stage, and expertise.
By leveraging AI, this tool will:
Streamline mentor-mentee connections
Increase the visibility of available mentorship opportunities
Provide personalized recommendations to help mentees find the best possible match
